Returns Policy

Not completely happy with your purchase? Don't worry, we'll fix that!

• You have 14 days after receiving your order to cancel it, without hassle or explanation.
• You then have another 14 days to return the product.
• If you return it, you will receive a full refund of your order, including shipping costs.
• However, the costs for returning to the webshop are at your expense.
• On average, these costs are around €7.25 per package, but check the exact rates on your carrier's website.
• Please ensure that the product, including all accessories and if possible in its original condition and packaging, is returned to us if you wish to exercise this right.

Let us know via retour@kumukela.nl stating your order number . As soon as we have received your return and everything is in good condition, we will refund the amount due to your account within one week. Easy peasy!
